I like the idea of a KEYBIND.INF file and a CPX to control them. I
envision the top of the CPX having a popup to choose between sections
like General, Editor, Drawing, Database, Spreadsheet, Other and then
having a list box below with _defined_ entries. It doesn't do any
good to have programs add entries because then you could have three
programs have three identical entries with three codes or names.
Some keyboard equivalents that I don't believe were on the list that
should be considered are SHIFT-Help (Enter context sensitive mode,
i.e. click to get help on a button or object), SHIFT-CTRL-C (Copy
from...) and SHIFT-CTRL-V (Paste to...).
